Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we store:

• Your email address
• Your display name
• Your avatar URL
• Your authentication provider (Google or GitHub)

We also store a session cookie (poe_session) to keep you logged in. This cookie is HttpOnly and cannot be read by JavaScript.

What We Don't Collect Ourselves

• We don't sell or share your personal account data with third parties
• We don't store your Path of Exile account credentials
• We don't access your PoE stash tabs or characters without explicit action

Our own analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are cookie-free and don't track you across sites. The advertising section below describes what Google's systems may collect separately.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics which is privacy-first — it doesn't use cookies, doesn't track users across sites, and doesn't collect personal information. It only measures aggregate page views and performance metrics.

Advertising

We display advertising served by Google AdSense to fund free hosting of these tools. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Specifically:

• Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You may opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
• Google's full privacy practices are described in the Google advertising privacy policy.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google's consent management tools will ask for your permission before serving personalized ads. You can change this consent at any time by clearing your cookies.

Error Tracking

We use Sentry to capture JavaScript errors in production. Error reports may include your browser type, OS, and the page URL where the error occurred. They do not include personal information or authentication tokens.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure:

• User accounts: Cloudflare D1 (SQLite database)
• Sessions: Cloudflare KV (key-value store, auto-expires after 7 days)
• Feature flags: Cloudflare KV

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

Third-Party Services

• poe.ninja — we fetch item prices from their public API. No user data is sent.
• pathofexile.com — trade links open on GGG's official trade site. No data is shared.
• Google OAuth / GitHub OAuth — used for authentication only. We request minimal permissions (email and profile).

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Logging out removes your session immediately.
